Move Management Services

Move Management can include all aspects of planning, scheduling, coordinating and execution of the physical relocating of staff, furniture, equipment and other assets. Planning is key to successful execution on any moves, adds or changes impacting the workplace.

A successful Move Management Plan can include:

  • review of the design and layout of the floorplan for existing and/or new spaces

  • plan and coordinate the relocation of existing product, the installation of new product, and/or the decommissioning of excess product

  • conduct pre move workshops with stakeholders, staff and/or designated departmental representatives as required

  • conduct kick off meetings to assemble work teams and distribute move packages

  • plan as required to successfully execute contents moves

  • record Lessons Learned to create processes/best practices for any future moves, adds and changes
